Life hacking
I have become borderline obsessed recently with figuring out in what conditions my brain functions best. I’ve rearranged rooms, carefully chosen desktop and phone backgrounds, and visited new places in almost-desperate attempts to improve my productivity. I’m still clinging to the hope that there is some one or two things I will try that will drastically improve my cognitive abilities.
The experiments have paid off in the past. I figured out a body and comforter position paired with a train of thought that lets me knock out in less than 10 minutes anywhere and at any level of tiredness. This one will reach it’s full potential of usefulness if I ever figure out that key to waking up!
I discovered a new “life-hack” (I think I might actually hate this term but it does its job) recently: putting white noise on blast on my headphones has allowed me to do what I once considered torturous: reading for class (especially before lectures).
So I will continue experimenting and refining in hopes I can streamline these life necessities and then hopefully I can get on to what I really want to do in life!
